2013-06-20 — /travelprnews.com/ — Since the last week of June 2013, Sofia Airport’s passengers will again have the possibility to fly directly to the capital city of Hungary.
Scheduled flights on Sofia – Budapest route will be operated by Bulgaria Air, the airline ranking first among carriers at Sofia Airport by the number of serviced passengers.
Two aircraft will operate on the new destination connecting the two European capitals – Airbus 319 with 132 seats and Embraer with 100 seats.
This route is the 44th destination to which the biggest Bulgarian airport offers direct flights throughout the year, connecting Sofia to cities in Europe and the Middle East.
The first flight to Ferenc Liszt Airport is from Sofia Airport Terminal 2, on 24 June 2013 (Monday), at 2:10 pm, Bulgarian time.
Passenger travelling from Sofia Airport can fly directly to Budapest four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
