S7 Airline adds Android Pay as new payment option

Novosibirsk, Russia, 2017-May-29 — /Travel PR News/ — S7 Airlines, a oneworld® global airline alliance member, has implemented support for payments via the Android Pay system in its application for mobile devices based on the Android operation system. Owners of such gadgets will be able to pay for air tickets in just two clicks without entering the bank card details.

You can pay for flights of S7 Airlines and partner companies, as well as for additional services (e.g. extra space seats or excess baggage) via Android Pay in the S7 Airlines official mobile app (available through Google Play). When proceeding from ticket booking to payment the interface will prompt the user to choose the most convenient method for them to pay for the purchase. In case of payment via Android Pay you will not be additionally asked to enter your bank card details.

Android Pay is a fast and secure instrument for mobile payments. The bank card details are not stored on the device and remain secure and unavailable to sellers of goods or services. Payments can only be made from an unlocked device.

Android Pay is supported on devices based on Android 4.4 or higher. In order to enable payments for purchases in the S7 Airlines app, you need to enter your bank card details in the Android Pay app downloaded through Google Play.
