SAN FRANCISCO, 2013-05-09 — /travelprnews.com/ — San Francisco International Airport is soliciting Proposals for the Pop-Up Retail Concession Program in Boarding Area E of Terminal 3, and invites you to attend the Informational Meeting on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at San Francisco International Airport. The meeting will be held at the SFO Business Center, 575 N. McDonnell Road, 2nd Floor, Conference Room. At this meeting, staff will describe the selection process, discuss the program elements, minimum qualification requirements, address any questions relating to this program and receive comments from participants.
This opportunity is comprised of two (2) separate retail locations, each located in Boarding Area E of Terminal 3, scheduled to open in January 2014. The spaces will be move-in ready with fixtures provided, and will require minimal costs to start up. Successful proposers will be offered the opportunity to operate one (1) of the two (2) locations, with an agreement term of either six (6) months or one (1) year. These concessions are intended for the non-exclusive sale of retail merchandise reflective of the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
