DBE/Contractor Outreach Event for Chicago Department of Aviation O’Hare Airport Transit System (ATS) Design-Build Project

When:  June 11, 2015, 4 to 6 p.m.

Parsons has been awarded the contract for this project. There will be a brief project overview and key members of its team will be on hand to provide information about potential upcoming subcontractor and vendor opportunities.

Potential Scopes, including, but not limited to: Building Construction (Interior scopes, including Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical, Exterior scopes, including Concrete and Masonry) and Program Management including, DBE compliance, QA/ QC, Testing and Scheduling.

DBE Subs and Suppliers are strongly encouraged to participate.

Parsons is committed to:

• Assisting interested DBE’s in obtaining bonding, lines of credit or insurance.
• Providing interested DBE’s technical assistance or information related to the plans, specifications and requirements for work to be subcontracted or supplied by these DBE’s.
• Assisting interested DBE’s in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related assistance or services.
• Sub-dividing bid items into economically feasible work units to allow DBE’s every advantage to quoting the project.

NON-DBE Subs & Suppliers are also encouraged to participate. Parsons asks that all Non-DBE Subs and Suppliers also utilize DBE Subs and Suppliers to increase our overall DBE participation on this project. Parsons is an “Equal Opportunity Employer”.​
