Revolutionary App Will Allow Users To Digitally Interact With
Palma de Mallorca , 2012-12-10 — /travelprnews.com/ — Paradisus Resorts, the luxury all-inclusive hotel brand part of Meliá Hotels International’s premium portfolio, announced today the launch of its own cutting-edge mobile application, furthering guests comfort and ease from the moment they check-in through the remainder of their stay. Created by Spanish-based app design and development company Mobail, the free application is available for download to guests as soon as they book a stay at a Paradisus Resort and enables visitors to view maps of the property, book restaurant reservations and spa treatments, reserve activities and access additional information about off-site tours and events, and more, from their iPad, iPhone, Blackberry or Android devices.
Guests will be able to download the complimentary Paradisus Resorts mobile application, through the Android Market and through the Apple Store prior to their visit to begin familiarizing themselves with the hotel and its grounds before check-in. Visitors will also have the option of requesting it upon check-in, where they will be given a passcode which, along with their room number, will allow them to easily log-in. With this new application, one will have the ability to book desired activities such as dinner reservations, tennis lessons, spa treatments and excursions, creating a personalized guest schedule through mobile devices, alleviating the stress of planning trip details in advance. Additionally, the application will serve as a unique and revolutionary tool in guest interaction, facilitating group activities and sporting events through the shared sport court booking option.

The Paradisus Resorts mobile application is now available in the Android Market and will be available in the Apple Store for all Paradisus Resorts including Paradisus Palma Real, The Reserve at Palma Real, Paradisus Punta Cana and The Reserve at Punta Cana, all in the Dominican Republic. The application is also available at the brand’s newest properties, Paradisus La Esmeralda and Paradisus La Perla and located in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. A similar application is being developed for Meliá Hotels International’s ME by Meliá Urban Hotels & Contemporary Resorts and will be available to guests later this year.
