Oman Air already offers a generous allowance of two bags per person weighing up to 30kg in total, but guests flying between Muscat and the following Indian cities can now take advantage of an increased allowance of 40kg for two bags: Mumbai, Kochi, Chennai, Delhi, Trivandrum, Calicut Hyderabad and Bangalore.
Guests flying between Muscat and Manila, the capital of the Philippines, can take advantage of an increased allowance of 50 kg for two bags.
Jamal Al Azki, Country Manager, Oman said: “We are delighted to be able to offer our valued guests an increased luggage allowance on flights from Muscat to Manila and eight cities in India. The Philippines and India are both popular destinations for the corporate and leisure markets and those visiting friends and family, and we know how helpful it is to all our customers to be able to travel with extra luggage or at least have the option to make use of it. This new initiative is an example of how we are always striving to make life easier for our guests. We hope many people will take advantage of the offer.”
The increased luggage allowance is available until 15 December 2017 and applies to flights from Muscat to selected destinations in India and Manila. Flights can be booked online or via an Oman Air trade partner.
