The Lunch Break at Edge, Steak and Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Miami offers a three-course menu with choices available Monday through Saturday from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm. Created by Chef Aaron Brooks, the menu will change weekly to feature new dishes in line with Edge’s farm-to-table style, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Rotating menu items include starters such as a watercress salad with roasted carrots, tupelo honey dressing and local goat cheese, and delicious entrées such as the classic Edge Burger, or grilled corvina with potatoes, green vegetables and chorizo vinaigrette, or mesquite-smoked ribs with skillet corn bread, picnic slaw, house pickles and arugula. Dessert “tapas” provide the perfect amount of sweetness with delectable flavours such as Key lime with Florida Key lime crème, crisp merengue and vanilla ice cream, or panna cotta with black currant sorbet and fresh strawberries.

Located in the heart of Brickell’s business district, Edge created the Lunch Break special to ensure fast and affordable service for local professionals who want to get out of the office for lunch. Guests will enjoy a beautiful outdoor terrace and the relaxed yet stylish ambience of Edge.
