On the ground, Lufthansa’s dedicated Frankfurt First Class Terminal has scored 5-Star ratings across many of the assessment categories. At this First Class Terminal, customers are greeted by a personal assistant, who takes care of formalities for the journey -accompanying through security and checking in for the flight.
This exclusive lounge provides comfortable armchairs and sofas, relaxing chairs and quiet rooms with daybeds. There is a separate Cigar Lounge. Hot or cold meals are available from the buffet or from an à la carte menu in the Wining & Dining Area, with cocktails and fine wines amongst an extensive selection of drinks. The lounge has several spacious bathrooms, offering high-quality toiletries, fluffy bathrobes and hand towels – you can also take a bath! Alongside free WLAN access throughout the First Class Terminal, there are office units available to work in.
Onboard the aircraft, the Lufthansa First Class cabin offers superb comfort, with ergonomically shaped, 5-Star ranked seats that convert into a fully flat, two-metre-long bed. At bedtime, you receive a turndown service with a high-quality pillow and a soft duvet.
Lufthansa inflight entertainment offers a comprehensive range of videos with movies in up to eight languages, numerous TV programmes, news and sports highlights, music magazines from around the world, CDs, audio books, radio stations, computer games, language courses and service information. An extensive and varied selection of newspapers and magazines is also on offer.
The First Class Onboard Dining experience offers collaboration with luxury hotel chains, serving delicious regional dishes, and fine wines to accompany them. Lufthansa’s First Class Cabin Staff achieve a strong onboard service quality ranking, demonstrating considerable improvement during the past 12-months.
