Lindex opens new concept store at Helsinki Airport
Vantaa, Finland, 2019-Nov-13 — /Travel PR News/ — One of Europe’s leading fashion chains brings its sustainable baby garments to Finland’s main international airport in November. The temporary shop is the first in such an environment.
Swedish fashion brand Lindex has opened a new concept store at Helsinki Airport, offering baby clothes made from sustainable materials. The unique location is a first for the retailer.
“We are excited about our new opening at Helsinki Airport. The pop-up is a great opportunity for us to inspire our customers and to introduce the Lindex brand to those who may have never heard of us before,” says Kirsi Rauhala, Lindex Country Manager in Finland and the Baltics.
Lindex’s baby clothes are designed with recycling in mind
The range of baby garments is made from GOTS-certified organic cotton and recycled materials. The clothes also come in unisex colours and patterns, which makes it easy to pass them down from one baby to another. The store’s interiors consist of sustainable materials such as wood.
“It is great to have a store that focuses on baby clothes here at Helsinki Airport. Lindex’s pop-up gives our customers the opportunity to choose sustainably produced baby clothes for their little ones,” says Nora Immonen, Director of Commercial Services at Helsinki Airport.
Lindex’s baby pop-up store is located in Terminal 2, near gate 26.
