Carrier raises funds; shows The Movement on board in November
DENVER, 2012-11-02 — /travelprnews.com/ — Frontier Airlines today announced it is launching a month-long fundraising and awareness campaign for Boulder, Colo.-based Make A Hero, an organization founded by Kurt Miller with a mission of helping individuals with disabilities and local adaptive sports groups gain recognition and funding.
Frontier will raise funds to support Make A Hero by donating all proceeds from onboard sales of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory’s Plain Ol’ Fashioned Fudge to the organization. The carrier will also feature Miller’s documentary The Movement, narrated by Robert Redford and Warren Miller, on its LiveTV programming on flights of two hours or less.
