Reporting to Chief Human Resources Officer Karin Raguin, Tahoun will drive recruitment, development, and succession planning initiatives aimed at securing top-tier talent across the organization. With more than 27 years of experience in executive search, finance, and hospitality, including her most recent role at Russell Reynolds Associates, she brings deep expertise in attracting and nurturing exceptional leaders.
