Seychelles, Africa, 2019-Dec-03 — /Travel PR News/ — Four Seasons Resort Seychelles has announced Kevin Lopes as its new Executive Pastry Chef, who joins the culinary team in Petite Anse Bay from his role of head pastry chef at the three Michelin star Sketch in London.
With responsibility for the pastry kitchens of the Resort’s three restaurants, in addition to the 24-hour in villa dining menu and a number of pop-up events throughout the year, Kevin brings extensive experience from hotel and restaurant kitchens across Europe and the Middle East, having also worked in three different Michelin star restaurants during this time.
Commenting on his new role, Kevin says: “It’s incredible to now be based in Seychelles – it is such a natural paradise. I can’t wait to bring in elements of the destination to my pastries and desserts, drawing on the exotic flavours and strength of colour that can be found naturally in the tropical ingredients.”
