Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis appoints Iyad Mourad and Julieta Mechkarska as New Hotel Manager and new Director, Food and Beverage

New Hotel Manager and new Director, Food and Beverage to lead operations of newly renovated property

St. Louis, U.S.A., 2022-Aug-05 — /Travel PR News/ — Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis announces the appointment of two executives to the operations team to lead the freshly renovated property to a new level of personalized service and further elevate the guest experience.

Originally from Syria, Iyad Mourad, a 20-year veteran with the luxury hotel brand, has been named Hotel Manager of Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis.  Beginning his career in 2002 at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh as a PBX Agent, Iyad subsequently moved between multiple Four Seasons properties holding various positions in the rooms division and climbing up the management ladder to Director of Rooms. It’s a position he served both at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh and Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, where he stayed until joining the St. Louis property earlier this year.

Julieta Mechkarska brings thirteen years of hospitality experience to her role as Food & Beverage Director for Four Seasons St. Louis.  Although originally born and raised in Bulgaria, St. Louis is a bit of a homecoming for her as it was her first stop in the US when she arrived after high school. After completing undergraduate and graduate studies, she landed her first hospitality role as beverage manager at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.  She then joined Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas where she held various management positions and was relocated to Washington, DC with the company.  There, she also had the opportunity to assist in the opening of Trump International Hotel, Washington, DC. Most recently, Julieta was director of restaurants at The Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas.
