Quattro Restaurant & Bar launches a new culinary pop-up menu featuring its rooftop-harvested honey as part of its creative-sustainability initiatives

The luxury hotel partnered with a local San Jose-based honey manufacturer that also sustainably breeds queen bees and acquires bees from across the region. The team helped establish a honey harvesting box on the Hotel’s rooftop, under the Hotel team’s watchful eye.

To elevate the dining experience, the sommelier at Quattro has carefully curated a selection of exquisite wines, perfectly paired with each course. Quattro restaurant recently was awarded the Wine Spectator restaurant award for its wine program, so guests can expect a wonderful wine pairing. The impeccable balance between the honey-infused dishes and the rich, nuanced flavours of the wines are expected to transport guests to gastronomic delight.
