Four Seasons Hotel Chicago announces the return of James Beard Foundation Celebrity Chef Tour at Allium Restaurant on March 2, 2018

Chef Sean Murray hosts seven James Beard Award winners and nominees

Chicago, USA, 2018-Jan-17 — /Travel PR News/ — On March 2, 2018, Executive Chef Sean Murray will host seven recognised chefs for the James Beard Foundation Celebrity Chef Tour at Allium Restaurant inside Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. Murray will cook alongside the following seven local and national chefs as part of the Allium Chef Series:

• Meg Galus, Chicago
• Hugo Ortega, Houstonm 2017 James Beard Award Winner, Best Chef Southwest
• Ryan Poli, Nashville

• Greg Vernick, Philadelphia, 2017 James Beard Award Winner, Best Chef Mid-Atlantic
• Lee Wolen, Chicago, James Beard Finalist

At 6:30 pm, guests will be welcomed to a “Meet the Chefs” cocktail reception with passed canapés, followed by a nine-course dinner with beverage pairings. From savoury to sweet, each chef will create a course that reflects his or her cooking style.
