2012-08-20 — /travelprnews.com/ — Air France welcomes the approval by members of the SNPL (French National Union of Airline Pilots) of the draft framework agreement to improve economic efficiency by 20% within the framework of the TRANSFORM 2015 plan. With 83% participation, 67% of the pilots approved the agreement.
“This result clearly demonstrates the sense of responsibility of the company’s pilots and their representatives,” said Alexandre de Juniac, CEO of Air France. “With the agreement also signed by unions representing ground staff, this validation is a very solid base for Air France to return to growth,” he added.
In this way, Air France is complying with the agreed schedule to define a new framework agreement, one of the major conditions for the airline’s recovery.
