Dutch Swimmers Arrive at Leeds Bradford Airport

2012-07-25 — /travelprnews.com/ — This week Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA) was delighted to welcome the Dutch Olympic Swimming Team as they flew into Yorkshire’s Gateway airport following a short flight with KLM from Amsterdam.

The Leeds City Region has been chosen as the Dutch Swimming Federation’s training base for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games.

Tony Hallwood, Commercial Director at Leeds Bradford Airport said: “It is a privilege to play host to these world class athletes and we are pleased that the region has been given the opportunity to showcase its excellent sporting facilities during the run up to the Olympics. We wish them well in the forth coming games.”
