Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, U.S.A., 2012-09-15 — /travelprnews.com/ — This October, enjoy pink specialty cocktails and themed culinary treats at Windows Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Proceeds from the specialty pink cocktails, cupcakes and other themed culinary items will benefit breast cancer research for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation.
Cocktails include La Vie En Rose with Moet & Chandon Rose, almond orgeat, lychee syrup and house made grenadine; Pink Ribbon with pisco, lemon sour, cranberry juice, hibiscus infusion, egg white, meyer lemon and lemongrass tincture; and Booby Trap with silver tequila, grapefruit shrub and cranberry thyme tincture. Moet & Chandon Rose Imperial in a limited edition pink bottle will also be available by the glass.
Executive Chef Ashley James has also created a menu for Windows Lounge in honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month to accompany the cocktails, including spicy lobster nori hand rolls; antioxidant pomegranate salad with arugula, citrus, blueberries, strawberries, walnuts and local goat cheese; and decadent red velvet cupcakes. The cupcakes are available for a trio at USD 12.00 to enjoy at Windows Lounge, six cupcakes to go for USD 21.00 or 12 cupcakes to go for USD 39.00.
