Frankfurt am Main, Germany, 2022-Feb-22 — /Travel PR News/ — Deutsche Hospitality has landed two separate employer awards and thus delivered another fabulous success for the DH Family. The hotel group, which has around 11,000 staff worldwide, has held on to its “Germany’s Top Employer” status every year since 2010. This accolade is conferred following an external audit conducted by Top Employer Institute, an independent company specialising in HR certifications which operates globally. The assessment is based on various criteria such as the development opportunities enjoyed by employees and consideration of ethical and social factors.
In addition, the magazine Focus Business has once again named Deutsche Hospitality a “Top National Employer”. This is a further title which the company has retained for several years, in this case since 2014. Recognition as a Top National Employer is informed by feedback provided by staff on the kununu.com rating portal. Despite the pandemic, Deutsche Hospitality received 4.1 out of a possible 5 points on the platform. Its referral rate also increased to 91%. As a result, the company was able to take the first place among the major companies in the gastronomy / hotel / tourism segment.
“Securing both a ‘Germany’s Top Employer’ and a ‘Top National Employer’ award this year is the result of a great team effort,” stated Ulrich Bensel, CHRO of Deutsche Hospitality. “The main thanks must go to our employees, who do their very best every single day and are demonstrating the true meaning of cohesion despite the current challenges being created by coronavirus. Our staff are the key element in the success of Deutsche Hospitality. We accord the very highest priority to their well-being and to their personal and professional development. This positive feedback will reinforce our robust endeavours to continue to work on these aspects and to provide the very best working conditions.”
