Raffles Dubai invites you on December 6th to our Christmas tree lighting, an enchanting evening that promises a fun filled and magical experience for all. Savour an array of delicacies with The Collection – Afternoon Tea by Raffles/Christmas Edition at Raffles Salon as we will help you countdown to Christmas with a 6-metre high “hand painted” advent calendar filled with exciting prizes each day at 4.30pm.
From candlelit tables to shimmering snowflakes, be dazzled as the Raffles Ballroom is transformed into a European Christmas Eve Market, for our first Raffles Roast “Christmas Eve Edition”. Our team are creating an evening of traditional European favourites from freshly roasted chestnuts to fine French cheeses and foie gras, walk in delicatessen shop, seafood and vegetable market, pan-European carvery with German Venison, Greek Lamb Roast and other seasonal favourites that will bring back childhood memories. Chef Roland and his pastry team have built a four metre high gingerbread house and will serve all your favourite desserts such as Punsch Torte, Milchram Strudel, Struffoli and more! Children will have their own dedicated entertainment area with plenty of fun activities.
After the overwhelming success of last year’s Christmas Roast, the Raffles Roast “Christmas Day Edition” also held in the Raffles Ballroom will be transformed in to a “Winter Wonderland” with life size igloos and a giant gingerbread house. In addition to the ballroom, the terrace overlooking the botanical gardens will have seating for those who wish to enjoy Dubai’s gentle breeze. Raffles Chefs have also brought their very own surprises with traditional and new festive flavours which promise to dazzle your taste buds… even Santa confessed to being ‘naughty’ at the dessert counter! Children will have their own dedicated entertainment area with an appearance by Santa himself.
Delight in “Flavours of the Season” on the beautiful terrace of Fire & Ice, our charming New-York style grill offering rich festive flavours throughout the month of December. Enjoy exceptional Festive Cocktails and Shishas prepared by our talented bartenders and Shisha Sommelier at Crossroads.
