On Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2015, Graze’s popular buffet (11:30 am – 3:30 pm) returns with even more options than ever. Set inside the light coastal dining room or outdoors under the canopied terrace, the plentiful buffet features interactive stations including crispy mac and cheese, sushi and dim sum, mashed potato bar and endless desserts along with soups and salads, chilled seafood and of course, turkey. Unlimited Mimosas, Bellinis and mulled cider complete the experience for USD 110 per adult and USD 45 per child.
Those desiring a traditional Thanksgiving dinner in an elegantly relaxed vibe, Jové Kitchen & Bar will be serving (4:00-10:30 pm) perfectly roasted turkey with stuffing, potatoes, pan gravy and cranberry sauce for USD 38 per person, alongside the a la carte modern Italian menu.
Locals looking for a delicious dinner at home, without having to lift a finger, the annual Thanksgiving-To-Gofeatures traditional holiday dishes perfectly prepared by the expert team of chefs. Now available for pre-order with pick up on Thanksgiving Day, the menu features a choice of a whole roasted free range turkey or boneless breast and leg sous vide with the chef’s signature wild turkey rub served with scrumptious side dishes including candied sweet potatoes, thyme mushroom bread stuffing, yukon potato purée, creamed corn, garlic creamed spinach, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce and assorted freshly baked rolls and cracker breads. For desserts, guests have the option of Executive Pastry Chef Bashar Shamali’s pumpkin pie or maple bourbon pecan pie. The entire meal, serving up to 6 people, is USD 389. Extra sides and pies are available for an additional cost. For those only needing turkey and gravy, the chefs can assist with that too, for USD 150.
