Celebrate a Romantic Valentine’s Day at Culina, Modern Italian at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills
Couples can enjoy a prix fixe, Italian inspired Valentine’s dinner in a gorgeous setting.
2013-01-23 — /travelprnews.com/ — Culina, Modern Italian will be offering a decadent Valentine’s Day four-course menu sure to inspire romance at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.
The dinner will begin with antipasti of oysters on the half shell served with a Champagne mignonette, or sea urchin mousse with ginger vinaigrette. The primi course includes a choice of black mission figs with arugula pesto, or ravioli with caprino cheese filled with house made pasta and roasted candy stripe beets.
The secondi course features butter poached lobster with apricots, honey leeks and rose petals, or American kobe flat iron steak with red wine braised veal cheeks, chocolate, rosemary, heirloom carrots and rainbow swiss chard. The desserts include meyer lemon pudding cake with lavender and honey gelato, or chocolate budino with spicy caramelized hazelnuts.
The dinner is USD 85.00 per person and the standard a la carte menu will also be available upon request.
Sommelier wine pairings are available for USD 65.00 per person and include Silvio Jermann Pinot Grigio, Collio for the antipasti; Cantine del Notaio “Il Preliminare” Basilicata for the primi course, and choice of Gaja Chardonnay “Rossj Bass” Piemonte or Tignanello, Toscana for the secondi course.
