Caroline Krass Joins Hilton as Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Before her roles at the DoD and in the private sector, Caroline Krass made history as the first woman confirmed by the U.S. Senate to serve as general counsel for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). With over 25 years of public sector experience, Krass has received numerous accolades, including the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service, the CIA Distinguished Intelligence Medal, the CIA Director’s Award, the John Marshall Award from the Department of Justice, and the Department of State Superior Honor Award.

In addition to her distinguished career, Krass has contributed to numerous advisory roles in the Intelligence Community and beyond, including on the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Law and National Security, the National Security Institute’s Advisory Board, and the Cybersecurity Law Institute’s Advisory Board at Georgetown University Law Center.
