Café Boulud at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto presents a Taste of the True North on October 30 with an all-star lineup of local celebrity chefs
Toronto, Canada, 2019-Oct-30 — /Travel PR News/ — Café Boulud at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is celebrating Canadian culinary talent with a four-course dinner hosted in collaboration with celebrity chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud and Chef de Cuisine Nicholas Trosien on October 30, 2019.
“There is nothing I enjoy more than sharing ideas and inspiration with other chefs every opportunity I get,” says Boulud. “It is my honour to be cooking alongside such incredible talent on my next visit to Toronto.”
Nuit Regular of Kiin and Ivana Raca of Ufficio, two of Toronto’s influential and renowned culinary names join Katie Ardington, who helms Ottawa’s famed restaurant group Beckta, to create the most memorable dinner of the season with Boulud. The event will deliver a seamlessly integrated collaboration complementing each chef’s signature style in a way Toronto has not seen before.
The evening will be kicked off with Chef Nuit Regular’s deep understanding of the art of Royal Thai cuisine highlighting delicate and complex flavours. Chef Ivana Raca will blend signature Italian cuisine to complement Boulud’s favourite French classics inspired by family meals in Lyon. Ending on a sweet note, Chef Katie Ardington will create deliciously decadent desserts for guests to enjoy. Each course will include wine pairings from Ann Sperling’s Southbrook vineyard in Ontario.
