ZURICH, Switzerland, 2019-Jul-09 — /Travel PR News/ — British company Pret A Manger (“Pret”) opens at four locations landside and airside shops at Zurich Airport this week. The offer includes freshly prepared food as well as hot and cold drinks, which can be consumed on the spot or ordered to take away.
Yesterday, the first of four Pret restaurants at Zurich Airport opened with almost 100 seats on the land side in Airport Shopping. Three more airside sites on the Gates in Dock B, D and E with a total capacity of around 180 seats will open in the coming days.
For Pret, the four shops at Zurich Airport are the first in Switzerland. The airport operator is pleased to have found in Pret an international gastronomy brand with a lot of experience in the travel sector. Pret fits into the airport world. The range of vegetarian and especially vegan food at Zurich Airport is significantly increased. The new Pret shops offer freshly prepared dishes for every taste. The offer ranges from salads, classic sandwiches and baguettes, hot food to the famous hot wraps. Pret also offers a large selection of sweet treats as well as fresh fruit juices, fruit cups and organic coffees and teas. All food can be consumed locally or bought to go.
The four Pret shops at Zurich Airport are operated by SSP Schweiz AG. The airport operator has a long-standing and successful partnership with SSP Switzerland. To ensure that the food can be freshly prepared every day, a separate kitchen was built at Zurich Airport.
The restaurants are open 365 days a year from 5.15 am until 10 pm.
