Memorial Day weekend tradition roars back for its 10th anniversary on May 27

WHAT:
Atlanta’s favorite Memorial Day weekend festival tradition is back for its 10th anniversary with the return of Brew at the Zoo on Saturday, May 27, 2017. Ticket sales opened online on April 1, 2017 on zooatlanta.org. The signature event for ages 21 and up will feature unlimited sampling of over 70 beers and wines, live music on stages throughout the Zoo, and more in the home of more than 1,000 animals from around the world.

The 2017 headline band is The Geeks, an Atlanta cover band known for their knack for delivering “guilty pleasure” songs to get a party started. Other musical acts include 8 Second Ride, a high-energy Modern Country band; RTW, bringing Modern Alternative Rock with roots in Blues, Classic Rock and Funk; Brad Jackson, with a blend of 80s, 90s, Alternative, Southern Rock, Jangle Pop, New Rock, Alternative Country and more; Dreggae, with a new sound that blends Reggae with other genres; Mountain Top Polka Band, guaranteed to grab the crowd with “the Chicken Dance” and other polka favorites; and DJ Deliver, whose love of a variety of genres of new and classic music shines in his versatile sets.

General admission tickets are $45 for Zoo Atlanta Members, $50 for non-Members, and include unlimited beer and wine tasting, a commemorative tasting cup, music and access to Keeper Talks, animal demonstrations and more around the Zoo.

VIP tickets are $100 and include all the benefits of general admission, plus access to a preview party and special animal encounter; air-conditioned VIP lounge; a 10th anniversary commemorative Brew at the Zoo T-shirt; and exclusive premium tastings.

Brew at the Zoo is open to guests ages 21 and up only; guests under 21 will not be admitted.
