Parties of six or more can hang-up their aprons and leave the grocery list behind for an effortless Thanksgiving dinner, presented buffet-style at an amazing value on Thursday, November 22, 2012 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.

Executive Chef Kerry Sear and his culinary team will prepare quintessential fall fixings for guests to enjoy while experiencing breathtaking views of Elliott Bay. From smoked Pacific Northwest fish to organic tom turkey or glazed ham, guests will dine generously on a selec­tion of locally harvested fare. For the youngest family members, a children’s buffet and light activi­ties will keep them smiling.

ART Restaurant will also have its annual Four-Course Thanksgiving Feast with farm-to-table specialties, available from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm. Upon arrival, tables will be set with a sharing platter featuring a medley of dried and fresh fruits, chestnuts, warm raisin batard bread and churned butter. Taste tradition with organic tom turkey or, sample farm-to-table specialties such as hand cut veal chop or roasted wild sturgeon and finish with a baked-to-order chocolate molten cake. Top off the holiday with a cup of apple cider and sweets from Pastry Chef Tara Sedor upon departure. ART Restaurant dinner includes complimentary valet parking.
