Set against the warm ambisnce of the bistro grill, family and friends alike can enjoy a convivial gathering over a four-course dinner menu at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
Helmed by Executive Chef Giovanni Speciale, the culinary team’s traditional menu highlights sweet corn and king crab croquet, and a choice of either smoked trout carpaccio or sweet corn soup served with grilled kernels, lobster ravioli and bacon lardon. For the main course, the selections are replete with either the applewood-grilled sea bream, braised beef cheek or the pièce de résistance – the oven-roasted turkey with stuffing, sweet potato puree, natural gravy, glazed baby vegetables and cranberry sauce. Be it the pumpkin pie served with cinnamon ice-cream and vanilla anglaise or the caramelized pecan cheesecake with cranberry sorbet, both desserts are equally tempting choices.
To accommodate diners with a vegetarian preference, the menu features sweet corn croquet followed by either roasted beet salad or chestnut soup with brioche bread crumbs and crispy chestnuts. Plated with fennel tomato sauce, endive and herb salad, the roasted vegetable timbale is an enticing main course that can be relished with either the pumpkin pie or cranberry jelly with fresh berries.
Both four-course menus are priced at SGD 85.00 per person, subject to 10 percent service charge and prevailing government taxes. The Thanksgiving dinner menu is served from 5:30 to 10:30 pm.
