So far in 2025, AerClub members have collectively saved over €3 million by using Avios to book flights with Aer Lingus, making it one of the most rewarding ways to enhance their travel experiences.

Avios, the reward currency of AerClub, can be collected by flying with Aer Lingus and its partner airlines, as well as shopping with affiliated retailers like Deliveroo, Brown Thomas, ASOS, and Booking.com via the AerClub eStore on Aerlingus.com or through the AerClub Rewards app. Members can even link their credit or debit cards, such as Revolut and the Aer Credit Card, to collect Avios on everyday purchases like coffee at Jump Juice, travel with Aircoach, or shopping at Life Style Sports and Skechers.

For AerClub members looking to get the most out of their Avios, Aer Lingus has provided several tips for turning everyday rewards into extraordinary travel:

Pay with Avios: Save money on your flights by reducing the cash price with Avios. Members saved an average of €60 per booking in 2024 using this feature, and over €3 million has been saved this year alone. You can redeem as little as 1,000 Avios for instant discounts on both short-haul and long-haul flights. Simply log into your Aer Lingus account on the app or website, and your Pay with Avios discount options will be visible on the payment page.

Reward Flights: Use Avios to book Reward Flights with Aer Lingus. For example, fly from Dublin to New York for just 13,000 Avios (one-way, off-peak) or take a shopping trip to London for just 4,000 Avios. For a sun-soaked adventure, Malta is available for 7,500 Avios or a flight from Cork or Shannon to Malaga for only 6,500 Avios. Remember, Reward Flight bookings also include a free 20kg checked bag and 10kg carry-on bag.

Avios-Only Flights: Avios-Only flights offer exclusive perks for AerClub members. For example, you can book flights to Faro this summer (departing August 17th and returning August 24th) for just 15,000 Avios return (including a 10kg and 20kg bag), with additional taxes, fees, and charges applicable.

Upgrade to Business Class: Use your Avios to upgrade to Business Class and experience premium comfort on transatlantic flights. Enjoy benefits such as lounge access and lie-flat seats.
