Warwick International Hotels celebrates Winter Valley Warwick Resort and Spa Grand Opening
2013-06-14 — /travelprnews.com/ — Warwick International Hotels marks its expansion in the Middle East with the Grand Opening of Winter Valley Warwick Resort & Spa, on the shores of Dead Sea, Jordan.
Since its creation in 1980, Warwick International Hotels (WIH) has expanded on five continents and built a consistent network of city hotels and resorts in the 4 & 5 stars categories. WIH celebrated a key stage in its development in the Middle East with the official inauguration of the Winter Valley Warwick Resort & Spa.
Her Royal Highness Princess Basma Tint Talal was welcomed by the Chairman and other senior members of the owning company and Warwick International Hotels. Senior Ministers, other government officials and about 250 guests participated in the celebration.
The year 2012 represented a new strategic phase for WIH brand as it further expanded in the Middle East and opened a regional office in Beirut. As of today, WIH has 4 hotels and resorts under operation in the region (2 in Jordan, 2 in Lebanon) and before the end of 2013, another two: the Warwick Hotel Dubai and Warwick Stone 55 Beirut are expected to be in operations. “Warwick International Hotels will continue to expand worldwide and will pay particular attention to the Middle East & North Africa” declared Richard Chiu, President & Founder of WIH. “This Grand Opening is of an important landmark for the Group and we are very honored by the presence of Her Royal Highness and other Senior Jordanian Government officials.”
