The restaurant’s new “Sunday Longest Champagne Brunch” features free-flow Louis Roederer Brut Premier Champagne NV and an extensive choice of cocktails to complement mellow Sunday afternoons as diners enjoy an impressive selection of Asian and Western dishes.

The selection of cocktails, made to order by Niche restaurant’s talented mixologist, Andreas Baasch, includes Signature Niche Mojito (white rum, dark rum, vanilla, passion fruit, lime and ginger ale); Al Fresco Gin Tonic (beefeater gin infused with cucumber, rosemary, black pepper and premium tonic water); Niche Cuba Libre (Havana club 7 years, premium cola and fresh lime); Rosy Royal (sparkling wine, kai lemongrass-ginger shochu, elderflower, kaffir lime, lemongrass, fresh mint and soda water); Asian Beauty (beer, kai Vietnamese lychee vodka, cherry blossom and pomegranate) and French Connection (beer, elderflower, cucumber, apple juice and lemon).

The cocktails bar offers two different signature drinks every Sunday along with a premium gin and tonic, and the famous Kempinski Bloody Mary.

Hanuman Bar – Hanuman Bar and Executive Pastry Chef Frank Braun presents a classic, elegant interpretation of English afternoon tea that reflects Kempinski’s true European heritage and tradition. This outstanding classic English afternoon tea is available from 1 August to 30 September 2017.

This elegant afternoon meal was created by Anna, Duchess of Bedford in 1840 and this quintessential English tradition is now enjoyed throughout the world. Chef Frank’s interpretation of the classic English afternoon tea includes cucumber sandwiches, glazed lavender pound cake, caramelised Earl Grey éclairs, English summer pudding, hazelnut and caramel macaroons, dark cherry Bakewell tart and more. Brasserie Europa – There’s fabulous news for all moms as Brasserie Europa celebrates Mother’s Day on 12 August 2017. Families are invited to celebrate this very special day in the Thai calendar by dining in style at Brasserie Europa where all Moms may enjoy the outstanding lunch and dinner buffets on a complimentary basis (minimum booking of four persons per table).

The Mother’s Day lunch and dinner buffets feature premium seafood and shellfish including New Zealand mussels, tiger prawns and snow crab claws as well as succulent sushi and sashimi at the Japanese counter.

“The special Thai food corner features som tum, grilled chicken, sticky rice and tom yum goong. The buffet selections also include popular hot and cold western dishes and the dessert station will certainly impress all the moms,” explained James Norman, Executive Chef.

Young guests are invited to join a Junior Cooking Class where they will make their own celebration cake to present to their Moms as part of the Mother’s Day celebrations. Indonesian Food Festival (23 – 26 August 2017)

Brasserie Europa – Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok is joining hands with Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta in celebrating The Republic of Indonesia’s national Independence Day. The celebrations focus upon an Indonesian Food Festival at the hotel’s popular Brasserie Europa restaurant on 23 to 26 August 2017.

Two talented chefs from the Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta, Chef Budiyana Ramelan and Chef Miati (known as the ‘queen of the cold kitchen’) will be in Bangkok to showcase their impressive culinary skills with an extensive range of local traditional dishes. These authentic Indonesian dishes are being added to the lunch and dinner buffets at Brasserie Europa on 23 to 26 August 2017.

These authentic Indonesian dishes include Kakap Sambel Matah (pan-seared snapper with turmeric, sliced shallots, lemongrass and lime leafs); the famous Redang Daging (beef shanks stewed with chili paste, Indonesian spices and coconut cream); Cumi-cumi Sauce Padang (braised squid with turmeric, chili and coconut sauce) and Nasi Goreng Indonesia, Indonesia fried rice with shredded chicken, prawn and chili paste).

Diners may also indulge in a variety of traditional Indonesian desserts such as Pisang Goereng (fried bananas Indonesian style) and Talam Ubi (sweet potato and coconut cake).

The lunch and dinner buffets includes fresh seafood on ice; Japanese station with sushi, sashimi, and an extensive selection of Asian and European favourites.
