  • Sea bass carpaccio with artichoke salad and pomegranate dressing
  • Scialatielli pasta with saffron and seafood sauce
  • Seafood saltimbocca with chick pea cream and salt cod fish fricassé, or, baby lamb roasted with herbs, braised endive and creamed potatoes with capers
  • Panforte cylinder with chocolate and cinnamon ice cream
  • Christmas panettone with Passito di Pantelleria wine zabajone

New Year’s Eve dinner menu – December 31, 2012

  • Oysters and welcome snacks with a flute of Champagne
  • Lobster salad in Catalana style
  • Black truffle risotto with scallops and Vacherin Mont-D’Or fondue
  • Line-caught sea bass on a cauliflower cream and kaluga amur caviar sauce
  • Veal fillet with seared foie gras and Vin Santo sauce
