Ryanair announces surge in bookings to Malmo for 2013 Eurovision Song Contest

2013-05-13 — /travelprnews.com/ — Ryanair, Europe’s only ultra-low cost carrier (ULCC), today (13 May) announced a surge in bookings to Malmo, as the Swedish city gears up to host the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest this week.

Ryanair currently flies between Malmo and seven European destinations and has recorded strong bookings on its flights to/from Barcelona, London and Pisa with Eurovision fans from Spain, the UK and Italy travelling in their thousands, on the lowest fares, to support their countries.

To celebrate our Malmo Eurovision Song Contest bookings, Ryanair is releasing 100,000 seats across its entire European network at prices starting from just £15.99 for travel on Mon, Tue, Wed & Thur in June and these “all in” low fares will be available on over 1,000 of Ryanair’s European routes, but must be booked on www.ryanair.com before midnight (24:00hrs) Thur, 16 May.
