(PRESS RELEASE) TAOYUAN CITY, 2025-Apr-23 — /Travel PR News/ — EVA Air will soon launch a new transpacific route connecting Taipei and Dallas, further expanding its North American network and reinforcing its presence in the United States. Beginning October 3, 2025, the airline will operate three weekly nonstop flights between Taiwan’s Taoyuan International Airport and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), increasing its North American gateways to nine.
The addition of Dallas places EVA Air as the only Asian airline flying to two cities in Texas, alongside its existing service to Houston. With the introduction of this new destination, EVA Air will now offer the broadest network between Taiwan and North America, including service to Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto, and Vancouver.
“EVA Air has operated cargo service to DFW since 1998, and now the growing passenger demand and economic vitality of the region make it the right time to introduce passenger flights,” said EVA Air President Clay Sun. “This new service strengthens our footprint in the U.S. and enhances travel options for our customers across Asia and the Americas.”
Flights will operate on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays using a Boeing 777-300ER. Passengers departing from Dallas will enjoy overnight service with convenient early-morning arrivals in Taipei, enabling seamless connections to EVA Air’s extensive Asian network. The route details are as follows:

The city also hosts key attractions like the Perot Museum, Reunion Tower, and the American Airlines Center, making it a hub of business, culture, and tourism.
Additionally, the region has become an increasingly important base for Taiwanese businesses with ongoing projects in manufacturing, technology, and automotive sectors—further deepening economic ties between the U.S. and Taiwan.
The new route also supports EVA Air’s strategy of strengthening its main hub in Taipei by attracting more North American travelers seeking convenient transfers to destinations throughout Asia. EVA’s network offers over 100 connections across the U.S. and Canada via its North American gateways.
