Based at Four Seasons’ corporate office in Miami, Keisha will join the Executive Leadership Team and report directly to Alejandro Reynal, the President and CEO of Four Seasons.

With over 20 years of experience, Keisha has built a strong reputation as a transformative leader in Human Resources. Her career includes senior HR roles at leading companies across fashion, media, and financial services. Prior to joining Four Seasons, Keisha was the Chief People Officer at Tory Burch, where her talent strategies helped the company achieve its highest employee engagement scores. She has also held leadership positions at News Corp and Morgan Stanley, where she focused on driving business growth while creating supportive and thriving environments for employees.
