Japanese wagyu beef makes its eagerly awaited return to fine dining restaurants in the US

Los Angeles in Beverly Hills (Beverly Wilshire), U.S.A.,  2012-09-24 — /travelprnews.com/ — Japanese wagyu beef is now available in CUT at Beverly Wilshire, AFour Seasons Hotel.

The meat from wagyu cattle is known worldwide for its marbling characteristics, abd increased eating quality through a naturally enhanced flavour, tenderness and juiciness. This cut of meat hasn’t been available since 2010 when exports were suspended to the US.

CUT’s Executive Chef Matthew Hurley shares: “I’m very excited to have the true, 100 percent Japanese wagyu return to our menu. It’s that exclusive, high-end, high-quality meat that we know customers of CUT desire. The Japanese wagyu is ultra-rich and lush and intensely marbled and melts like butter in your mouth. I’m thrilled to be able to offer this to our guests again and to have it back in our kitchen.”

CUT in Beverly Hills is open for dinner Mondays to Thursday from 6:00 to 11:00 pm, Fridays from 6:00 to 11:00 pm, and closed on Sundays. Reservations can be made by calling 310 276 8500.
