Introducing Les Triplés au George V at Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris

New children’s program features drawings by Nicole Lambert

Paris, France – 2012-10-22 — /travelprnews.com/ — Four Seasons Hotel George V is launching a new children’s program in exclusivity with the French cartoonist Nicole Lambert. Starting from October 3, 2012, young guests will discover a collection of products depicting the adventures of Les Triplés au George V.

Les Triplés (triplets in French) are the adorable children of a French comic strip published weekly since 1983 in the chic magazine Madame Figaro. One could consider them as the French version of Dennis the Menace, as they have been featured in numerous books and television series.

The idea to associate Les Triplés with the Hotel was initiated by Christopher W. Norton,  General Manager of the Hotel for the past six years and recently promoted President for Europe, Africa and Middle East for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “We were looking for a new concept for our children’s program that would be fun for our younger guests and very Parisian to fit the personality of the Hotel. I knew the work of Nicole through the famous page of Les Triplés published each week and I thought that these three adorable blonde heads would make excellent ambassadors for our little guests. Nicole was as enthusiastic as we were to the idea and our collaboration was born. ”

Luxurious tableware made by the famous French china maker Raynaud was specially designed in a limited edition, representing the adventures of these funny triplets in the George V. At the same time full of tenderness and playfulness, Les Triplés are drawn through a multitude of scenes representing different situations in the Hotel: dazzled by the flowers of Jeff Leatham, jumping on a Four Seasonssignature bed in their room or storming the luggage cart.

“One can only be seduced and moved by these drawings sketched by Nicole Lambert, who knows like no one how to portray the world of children,” says Norton. A small umbrella, postcards, lovely cotton pajamas and a colouring book complete this elegant children’s program.

“For me, this project for the George V was one of the most exciting adventures that I have led with Les Triplés,” says their creator Nicole Lambert. “Discovering the backstage of such a prestigious hotel, meeting the incredible team who manages it and discovering, under their extreme professional excellence, a great desire to have fun!”

Children staying at Four Seasons Hotel George V will discover this new program in October within the Hotel rooms, at the gastronomic restaurant Le Cinq, at La Galerie or with room service. The collectionLes Triplés au George V is also sold exclusively at the boutique ofFour Seasons Hotel George V:

  • Small Cereal Plate, EUR 75.00
  • Mug, EUR 65.00
  • Set of 4 Dessert Plates, EUR 195.00

The creation of this new program puts the Hotel another step ahead in its goal to always go further in providing the best service for its guests, and in this case, families with children. Four Seasons Hotel George V is also the first Hotel in Paris to offer a children’s program and create the role of an in-house Recreation Manager to assist parents with requests of things to do with children at the Hotel and in the city.
