InterContinental Hotels Group to relaunch its external facing Employer Brand

The new brand identity, ‘All of you at IHG’, has evolved from in-depth market research which revealed the importance of developing a user-friendly, engaging and interactive digital identity.

A core part of IHG’s strategy is to attract, retain and develop the very best talent. We also know from our 2015 Trends Report that in order to deliver true hospitality, we need to continually build Trust Capital in IHG and our brands.
