Hyatt Expands Andaz Brand with New Hotel at Nagoya’s Meitetsu Station, Set for Post-2034 Opening

Andaz Nagoya will offer around 150 guest rooms across five floors, along with luxury amenities including a rooftop bar, fitness center, and spa. The hotel marks Hyatt’s first entry into Nagoya, showcasing the city’s transformation into an international hub.
(PRESS RELEASE) CHICAGO, 2025-May-29 — /Travel PR News/ — Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) has revealed that an affiliate of Hyatt has entered into a management agreement with Nagoya Railroad Co., Ltd. for the future opening of Andaz Nagoya, set to open post-2034 at the Meitetsu Nagoya Station. The hotel will be part of a transformative redevelopment project that will feature a new urban landmark, including the creation of a transportation hub and a high-speed railway station.
The Andaz brand, which is part of Hyatt’s Lifestyle Group, is known for offering a personalized, service-driven experience that reflects local culture while meeting the needs of globally-minded travelers. Andaz hotels are designed to immerse guests in their surroundings, offering a unique fusion of culture, design, and local flavor.
Andaz Nagoya will mark the first Andaz property in the city and is set to be a symbol of Nagoya’s ongoing transformation. The hotel will be part of a multi-use urban complex located within the new Nagoya railway station, offering a prime location for guests. The hotel will feature a dedicated entrance on the ground floor and will span the 25th to 29th floors, with approximately 150 guest rooms and suites.
Key amenities will include a rooftop bar, restaurants, lounges, expansive meeting and event spaces, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and a spa, providing a range of luxury experiences for guests.

Andaz Nagoya will join over 30 Andaz hotels currently open worldwide, including Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills and the newly opened Andaz Miami Beach.
