Parker just released his new menu for 750 Restaurant & Bar at Hilton San Francisco Financial District. The menu balances a savory blend of East Meets West with a Northern California twist. Signature dishes include Tempura Chicken Skewers served with Sesame Soy Ginger and Spicy Mango Dipping Sauce; The Parker Ground Brisket Burger stacked high with a choice of Applewood Smoked Bacon, Crimini Mushrooms, Avocado, Grilled Onions, Barbeque Sauce, Basil Mayo, and cheese on an Egg Bun; and Chef Steven’s Tuna Benediction on Toasted English Muffin, topped with Spicy Kimchee, Fried Egg, Ahi Tuna seared medium rare, and Citrus Hollandaise.
