MANCHESTER, ENGLAND – 2012-12-05 — /travelprnews.com/ — Hilton Manchester Deansgate has revealed the new Cloud 23, one of the top destination bars in the city located on the 23rd floor of the Beetham Tower, Manchester’s tallest building, following its recent refurbishment.
The complete style overhaul has seen Cloud 23 totally transformed into a glamorous and sophisticated venue, sumptuously appointed throughout to maximise the breathtaking views from the full height windows across Manchester’s ever-changing city scape. The design takes its inspiration from the DNA of Manchester with its industrial heritage and its sporting, fashion and music culture.
A range of signature cocktails and the finest champagnes are now available at Cloud 23 and as well as the celebrated Cloud 23 afternoon tea, there is also a new food offering created by executive chef David Gale featuring a range of small plate dishes designed to appeal to every palette. All of these can now be enjoyed in the four distinct Cloud zones named after the Gods of Ancient Greece – Zeus 23, Apollo 23, Eros 23 and Iris 23 making the most of the feeling of almost being able to touch the clouds.
