Meet the Malaysian Palate Conqueror at Union Bar & Grill
COLOMBO, Sri Lanka – 2012-10-3 — /travelprnews.com/ — Hilton Colombo Residences today announced its latest food and beverage promotion to introduce an authentic Malaysian cuisine at Union Bar & Grill.
The promotion would be launched at the World Spice Food Festival on October 4 at the Hawker’s Street Food Festival and will continue until October 7, 2012. The restaurant promotion would be launched on October 8, continuing until October 14, 2012 between 7.00 pm and 11.00pm. Guests will be treated to a full Malaysian buffet which consists of salads, soups, main course and desserts.
“At Hilton Colombo Residences, we look forward to introduce authentic Malaysian cuisine to Colombo; by bringing down a chef from our sister property in Malaysia, we feel that our guests would truly be offered a five-star dining experience during the promotion” said executive chef Priyal Wijesuriya.
Chef Ooi Tat Yeow, demi chef from DoubleTree by Hilton, Kuala Lumpur brings in a wealth of culinary capabilities and will treat guests to some of finest dishes of Malaysia.
