The collaboration by the two world greats will see Angelo Musa land in Dubai to link up with Lambert who is Senior Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Dubai. The delicate dessert will be served at Shai Salon at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach from February 21, 2022 for a limited time, alongside Angelo Musa’s signature Afternoon Tea.
Angelo Musa holds the prestigious title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France and is a World Pastry Champion, known for his ability to express the full flavour spectrum of a hero ingredient. A worthy partner in pastry, Nicolas Lambert holds similarly impressive accolades with a recently awarded Relais Dessert Prix d’Exellence and a treasured recognition as Best Pastry Chef in Asia 2018 by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
The limited edition pastry and Afternoon Tea will be created with Chocolaterie de L’Opera’s premium variety of chocolate, and promise to be a sensational experience for French pastry lovers. The chocolate pastry will be available for AED 80 at Shai Salon daily from 12:00 noon to 1:00 am and Angelo Musa’s signature Afternoon Tea, which is starts at AED 220 per person, will be served from 2:00 to 8:00 pm.
