Signature annual event showcases celebrity chefs and top mixologists from throughout the country from November 13-16, 2019 for a culinary celebration with one-of-a-kind dinners and cooking classes

From November 13 to 16, 2019, the Resort will host a multi-day food and wine event featuring high-profile dinners, interactive cooking classes and culinary experiences.  The series of events showcases some of the country’s best culinary talent in an intimate, beachfront setting.

Executive Chef of Four Seasons Resort Hualalai Thomas Bellec, 20-year Four Seasons veteran and member of Les Maitres Cuisiniers de France (Master Chefs of France), welcomes an impressive lineup of award-winning celebrity guest chefs, including:

  • Gabrielle Hamilton (Chef Owner of Prune, New York City) Four time James Beard Foundation Award winner including “Outstanding Chef,” Iron Chef winner, Daytime Emmy Award winner for Mind of a Chef, author of New York Times bestseller Blood, Bones & Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Chef.

The Private Suite provides guests with a personalised lounge including snacks, blankets and outdoor lounge seating, private TSA screening, and across the tarmac service in a BMW 7-series. During Chef Fest, guests who book one of the Resort’s ten Specialty Suites will receive complimentary access to The Private Suite.  All other Resort guests partaking in Chef Fest events will receive a special special rate to utilise the door-to-door service at LAX.
