Support the Superstorm Sandy victims with a touch of a button
New York, U.S.A. – 2012-11-13 — /travelprnews.com/ — Four Seasons Hotel New York has set up a new microsite at http://American.redcross.org/fourseasonsny-pub for guests to donate to the American Red Cross Hurricane Sandy Relief Fund.
“Our hearts go out to all the communities that were affected by Superstorm Sandy. It is important at a time like this that we all bond together and help whether it is donating money or volunteering in the neighbuoring areas that need our assistance the most,” says Christoph Schmidinger, regional vice president and general manager of the Hotel. Guests can go on-line to donate, or add an amount to their bill when staying at Four Seasons Hotel New York.”
In addition, Four Seasons Hotel New York is in the process of setting up a DAY OF GIVING in its employee cafeteria where all of the Hotel’s 650 employees can donate via their own microsite.
“Many of our employees were affected and are still in need of supplies and clothing,” adds Schmidinger, noting that all contributions provide shelter, food and emotional support to the Superstorm victims. “Please join us in this endeavour as your donation provides critical support to those in need.”
