Four Seasons Hotel Austin opens Pride month celebrations with the launch of inaugural Drag Brunch
Austin, U.S.A., 2022-Jul-14 — /Travel PR News/ — Four Seasons Hotel Austin is kicking off the city’s Pride month celebrations with an inaugural Drag Brunch on Sunday, August 7, 2022. The “Pop Princess” themed event will be opened by Austin performers Ritzy Bitz and Celia Light and headlined by iconic New Orleans drag entertainers Kookie Baker and Jessica Champagne. Attendees are encouraged to dress to impress as they enjoy energetic performances filled with vibrant colour and elaborate costumes.
Brunch
Indulge in an extensive New Orleans inspired brunch buffet prepared by Executive Chef Elmar Prambs. Feast on traditional Ciclo brunch favourites such as Poached Jumbo Shrimp and Crab Claws, Oscar’s Ceviche and Pimento Cheese Devilled Eggs as well as specialty dishes including Banana Foster French Toast Casserole, Pretzel Crusted Red Fish, Pork Belly Po’ Boy Sliders and more. Save room for Executive Pastry Chef Amanda Pallagi-Naim’s decadent Pride dessert display.
Enhance the experience with an upgraded Mimosa bar featuring a trio of fresh squeezed juices, market berries and St-Germain. Additional beverages will be available for purchase at a premium cash bar throughout the duration of the event.
Twenty percent of proceeds will support Out Youth, a non-profit organization that serves Central Texas LGBTQIA+ (lesbian/gay/bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning, intersex, and asexual) youth and their allies with programs and services to ensure these promising young people develop into happy, healthy, successful adults.

Tickets begin at USD 150 with multiple packages available from communal seating, private tables to a VIP Lounge for the ultimate Four Seasons Drag Brunch experience. Reservations can be made through Eventbrite. Space is limited and reservations are required.
