Finavia announce the opening of P4 outdoor parking area in Helsinki Airport

Vantaa, Finland, 2021-Sep-23 — /Travel PR News/ — The new P4 outdoor parking area will serve air passengers near Helsinki Airport’s Terminal 2 from 27 September. The parking area will open to passengers before the start of the autumn holidays and is now taking advance bookings.

“The new P4 outdoor parking area will make it even easier for passengers to get to the airport by car, as passengers will be able to park closer to their departure gate also in the outdoor area,” says Jukka Isomäki, Finavia’s Head of Parking and Ground Traffic for Helsinki Airport.

Finavia combined the P4A and P4B outdoor parking areas, which were popular with holidaymakers, into one new P4 area in front of the airport’s train station, from where it is easy to walk to either terminal.

Book parking in advance and save money

Air passengers can book parking in advance in all Finavia parking areas, which makes the price of parking even cheaper.

In addition to the P4 parking area, passengers can also use Finavia’s P3 and P5 parking halls, which are located in front of the terminal. The P3 parking hall also offers Premium parking with indoor parking spots just a few minutes’ walk from Terminal 1. P3 Premium and the P5 parking hall also have charging points for electric cars.
