2012-09-24 — /travelprnews.com/ — With winter on its way, the Hotel Le Meurice decks itself in lights and warms the atmosphere with sweet treats as adults and children gather round the Christmas tree.
To celebrate the holiday season and put stars in children’s eyes, as if by magic the oldest Parisian palace hotel becomes a Christmas enchantment in the heart of the city.
Children will be thrilled when Father Christmas leaves his sleigh outside and, in December, takes up residency in Le Dalí restaurant, where he welcomes children for teatime and gifts.
Every Wednesday from December 5th to December 19th, little ones are invited to give Father Christmas their letter, and leave with a souvenir photo of this magical meeting.
From Saturday December 1st to Friday January 5th,
the restaurant Le Dali serves Christmas tea each afternoon,
between 3:30pm and 6:00pm, for 57 euros.
And to delight adult tastebuds, afternoon tea can be enjoyed over a glass of champagne. All that’s left is to count the days until Christmas!
