Enterprise Rent-A-Car launched its annual Plus Your Points promotion for all Enterprise Plus loyalty members

New Ways to Earn Make it Easier than Ever for Enterprise Plus Loyalty Members to Get Free Rental Days

ST. LOUIS, 2014-11-10 — /Travel PR News/ — Enterprise Rent-A-Car has launched its annual Plus Your Points promotion for all Enterprise Plus loyalty members. From today through Feb. 27, 2015, Enterprise Plus members who register for the promotion at plusyourpoints.enterprise.com can earn double points on qualifying rentals.

And, this year, Enterprise has added new bonus opportunities that make it easier than ever for participants to accumulate and redeem points.

“Our annual Plus Your Points promotion always gets a tremendous response from customers, and this year, we wanted to reward participants with even more ways to earn free rental days,” said Jim Stoeppler, assistant vice president, Enterprise Brand Marketing.

New opportunities to earn points include:

  • Rentals Outside of the United States – Participants who complete an Enterprise Rent-A-Car rental in Europe will earn a one-time 75 point bonus. Enterprise has branches throughout Europe, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain and Germany.
  • Facebook Connect – Those who connect to the Plus Your Points promotion via their personal Facebook pages will earn 20 bonus points.

Enterprise will continue to offer other bonus point opportunities that were part of last year’s program, including:

  • Registering for the promotion – 20 bonus points
  • Sharing news about Plus Your Points on Twitter – 20 bonus points

Through Plus Your Points, Enterprise Plus members earn points that are redeemable at any time for free rental days on any available vehicle in Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s network of 6,000 participating neighborhood and airport locations throughout North America, including the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Points do not expire as long as the member has one qualifying Enterprise rental during every three-year period. Free rental day awards apply to time and mileage (base rate) only and do not apply to taxes, surcharges and concession fees.

“We’re offering a wide array of opportunities for our customers to earn points over the next few months,” said Stoeppler. “We hope they’ll take full advantage and enjoy their free rental days, with no blackout dates.”

Membership in Enterprise Plus is free, and the loyalty program is open to anyone at least 21 years old.

Customers can enroll in the Plus Your Points promotion and learn more about Enterprise Plus terms and conditions and ways to earn bonus points at plusyourpoints.enterprise.com. Once enrolled, Enterprise Plus members simply apply their membership number when booking a reservation online at www.enterprise.com or over the phone to receive all their member benefits.

In addition to the Plus Your Points promotion, Enterprise recently began offering Enterprise Plus members the opportunity to access their membership credentials via Google Wallet. This app allows members to access their point balance and tier status while away from their computers and replaces the need to carry a printed card containing their member information.
