Starting at 7:00 pm, for USD 35.00, guests will start with blue crab and corn hush puppies and tupelo honey butter. Next up: mesquite-smoked pork ribs with tamarind BBQ lacquer, beer-braised Creekstone Farms beef brisket, fire-roasted all-natural chicken and sausage gravy, skillet corn bread, double-smoked bacon baked beans, picnic slaw with chipotle dressing, and watermelon and baby heirloom tomato salad with local goat cheese. For dessert: homemade pink lady apple pie, vanilla bean ice cream and bourbon custard.
